I feel it was God's will that brought me to my stay in Mexico at the YWAM Pachuca base - it was totally out of my comfort zone. I never knew before what God gifted me with, but I feel it is helping others with my labor. I didn't realize that making shelves and closets, and even making a Thanksgiving dinner would be such a blessing... praise God! I give him all the glory.

Getting away from the everyday routine at home gave me more time to spend with the Lord. The base here is a blessing to the community - feeding the homeless, helping at children's schools, teaching English to Spanish speakers - it's amazing the vision they have and what God has done since they started this base. I believe God will supply all their needs through prayers and meditation. I thank the staff for their love and hospitality (and good food) while I was here.
